4. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if a valid ID is not provided.

3. Rates & Payment

1. All room rates are displayed in BDT and may include or exclude applicable taxes (as mentioned).
2. Payment may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the selected rate plan.
3. If payment is made through a third-party payment gateway, their terms and privacy policies apply.
4. The hotel reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the selected rate plan:

1. Free cancellation (if applicable) must be made within the specified period.
2. Late cancellation or no-show may result in a charge of one night or the full booking amount.
3. Refund processing times depend on the payment method and banking system.

Divine Lake Island reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of:

1. Incorrect pricing due to a technical error
2. Fraudulent activity
3. Force majeure events

5. Check-in & Check-out

1. Standard check-in time: 1 PM
2. Standard check-out time: 11 AM
3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guests must comply with hotel registration procedures.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

1. Maintain proper conduct during their stay.
2. Not engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.
3. Be responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
4. Comply with all local laws and hotel regulations.

The hotel reserves the right to evict guests without refund for misconduct or violation of policies.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the website for fraudulent bookings.
2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to hotel systems.
